The product seems to work fine but,since my pc didn't accept the driver installation. I am most certain the problem is my pc. Still I haven't been able to test it completly. Even without the driver I was able to see a picture blurry but, a picture, so it most work . I will expand on this when I get my new pc and install it properly..

While setup and installation are a breeze, getting it to actually work is another story. The lack of a good manual and on-line support make this product difficult to troubleshoot at best. For under $10 I took the risk and I got what I paid for, a solid constructed piece thats easy to plug in but does not work so easily.

I could not get the software provided/included with the adapter to work and it was unstable/kept closing out & causing an error. I decided to keep the adapter. The software provided/included with the adapter does not work, but it the adapter does work with other software such as windows movie maker. Win XP SP3/Intel Quad Core

Order the EasyCap because of the price and once I got it, was easy to connect but cd disk was blank. No software on it at all. So looked on the internet for the driver called syntek stk1160 driver, loaded that and then I use powerdirector to capture and edit from my old camcorder. I use a rca to stereo jack for the sound and plug into the line in on the computer, works great now and even posted some videos to you tube. and then using a program called webcamdv and turned my camcorder into a web cam. ... Great price and excellent service, and the shipping was super fast too. Had a few issues with driver installs on Windows 7, but despite the hassle there for the price, I can't complain at all.
