Rating: - Frustrating an buggy
More bugs than you would expect, mostly web browser compatibility problems an its very slow. But my main complaint is it 'forgets' its monitoring settings frequently if you go for periods of several weeks between monitoring a machine.You have to go back to the target machine and re-setup the software - kind-of missses the point.also, dificult to get set up initially due to clashing with anti-virus software ( thier tech support was very helpful though.)
