This phone has some major pluses and major minuses:
Plus:
1). Good talk quality. Voice could sound a tiny bit more full but I'm being nit-picky here.
2). When you put someone on hold it plays music. I think this is super cool.
3). Google 411 info. This is really inventive.

Got a great price on this phone set from Amazon, and liked everything about it except one very....very important piece - the volume! My wife and I are in our mid 20's and neither of us could hear anything on these things. The people on the other end said they could hear us loud & clear, but unfortunately we just could not hear them (was more of a clear whisper). The volume was maxed out, as was the ringer volume, which too was a bit quiet for our tastes.

I agree with previous reviewers about the blue light on the handsets; if you have these in your room, make sure you face them away from your bed. They will light the room up with an alien like luminescence, that can be seen from the space station.

This is a very nice setup. I give it 4 stars cause of little difficulty setting it up older folks may have some difficulties at first figuring it out . However thats the only small drawback I can see so far.Its very nice has great audio quality.
