We bought this for my dad's birthday. He plays at least once a week. He's enjoyed it and was very glad it wasn't a Sky Caddie since he's heard alot of bad reviews from his friends that have one. He almost lost it last week because I forgot to tell him not to use the belt clip holder. He's got a cell phone holder he'll use instead.

The unit arrived on schedule.I joined iGolf (about $35)as required to download my local golf course.Downloading instructions were clear and easy to use.Only problem was the course gps data bore absolutely no resemblance to my course.Readings were hundreds of yards off and in no discernable trend.I emailed iGolf with problem description.No reply.I called iGolf and got a technician who requested a scorecard for my course.I sent it to him.A week passed.After more emails I received ... I looked at all of the products available & decided, because of the reviews I found on Amazon, to go with the NEO.
This thing is incredible. It was easy to set-up & easy to download courses. It also had all of the courses that I regularly play available for download. Two of my golf buddies are buying these also.
It is fast, accurate, & lots of fun to use.

Ibought this device in order to know the distance to the middle of the green from anywhere on the hole.
It does exactly that. I am happy with it and if any one wants to know this information as I did they will be satisfied.
