this item is very buggy, and slow. the "touch screen" is very hard to navigate. I wouldn't recomend this at all. dont waste your bucks on this one.

I just recently ordered this product.Actually I ordered it on 9-16-08 and had it by 9-20-08.That is very fast service!!!I love this product.It is easy to use.I only have one issue and that is getting the radio stations to work, but I don't want to listen to the radio anyway so it's all good.My 14 yr. old daughter loved this item also and has requested that I get her one for her birthday.I highly recommend this.

I purchased this item a couple of months ago for my birthday and I had problems with it shutting off.I emailed Pro Ebiz and they responded within two hours and we went over the problem and they had me ship it back.I received a new one within the week with an extra charger and an USB cable as we believe that is what was shorting it out. This is a very cool touch screen player for the price, but the instructions that come with this are not very helping.I had a hard time setting up and puting music onto this.
