I bought two sets of these earphones on Black Friday, they arrived yesterday.The first set I opened, the button to pause/play music and start/stop calls didn't work, so I boxed them up and printed my return receipt.The second pair worked, but the bass on these bad boys is virtually non-existent.I have fumbled with my EQ settings on my iphone and its just a no-go.When I use the Bass Booster setting, it just sounds like I'm listening to my music through a tin can.The concept of these earphones ... The maximo company was very impersonal about the non working item they sold me. Although it was replaced, it took an extra month to use the 60 dollar earbuds.

after 9 months my apple headset finally broke. So i picked up these at a local storee. These suck, worst headphones ever. First, its not fully functional, as the control on set pauses the music, after 5 seconds pressing the button, very hard. you cant skip songs or repeat. the call quality is very tin-y. Almost dread getting phone calls while listening to music,

OK, the sound is surpurb. No dispute about that. But, and this is a huge, don't waste your money to buy these headphones but, they were completely useless if you are doing any of the following:
1. Sport. They fall out way too easily. Wind noise overpowers all sound if you are jogging or cycling
2. In the car. The isolation is so good that these headphones are positively dangerous to use in the car. Plus, when you talk there is a lot of boomy feedback
