My family and I have been using Brita water filters for close to twenty years now and would swear by them. We started with a gallon filter unit that we filled with water and then used as needed. A few dollars less, works as well or better than the Whirlpool brand filter for our fridge. This is the second Brita filter we've purchased from Amazon. Item was delivered in about three days. A good alternative for the Whirlpool filter.

Wonderful experience. Shipping was fast. Product arrived packed well and without defects. This was my first time using an after-market filter. The website made it easy to find the filter I needed. I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends.

I used the Brita filter once on a trial basis for about 6 months. Had been using Kenmore's PUR then regular filter with no complaints. The Brita left the water tasting noticeably bad during the entire 6 months. I thought it was just me, but my wife said the taste was 'off' too. Went back to the Kenmore and it was like night and day - water tasted great.
