This Item is Discontinued The DL2120 is a unique Line Driver system developed by Nitek that transmits data over twisted pair cables or leased telephone lines for extended distances. DataLink accepts either RS232, RS422 or 4 wire RS485 input data and delivers RS232, RS422 or 4 wire RS485 at the output, eliminating the need for additional data converters. The DL2120 system can send RS232, RS422 or 4 wire RS485 data for up to 10 miles (16.1 kilometers). Features: Can be used to extend remote operation of splitters, multiplexers, P/T/Z equipment Sends RS232, RS422 or 4 wire RS485 data 10 miles (16.1 kilometers) at 2.4Kbps over 24 AWG wire (DL2130) Operates simplex over 2 wires or full duplex over 4 wires Runs Async point-to-point Operates over twisted pair or leased telephone lines through a central office facility
