I bought these in combination with another set [ASIN: B00127OKJC - Reusable Grocery Tote Bags 6 Pack, Olive & Orange Contrast Trim Combo] and because they hold so much I gave some of them away as a gift.
They really are great for grocery shopping, and they hold a ton of stuff.
I've never needed more than 6 of them to do my shopping for the week, and usually only use about 4.
Rating:  - Looks aren't everything
I bought these bags because they were more attractive than those sold by my grocery store and because they didn't have advertising logos.However, two of the bags split at the seems after only a few uses.Also, the insulated bags made by the same manufacturer are flat - they hold very little and do not have square bottoms - not so good for groceries.

I bought 2 sets of these bags for Mother's Day.1 set for myself & 1 set I gave to my mom on Mother's Day.I was a bit worried that the bags wouldn't arrive on time for the holiday.They arrived the Friday before Mother's Day 2008.I was pleasantly surprised with the 2 added gifts, the Hot/Cold velcro closure bag & the pen. Rating: - Great way to say no to plastic
I bought these bags based on the several high ratings on amazon and I must admit, I am completely satisfied with them. They come in 5 different pleasing colors, look attractive, are cheap and come in very handy for your day-to-day grocery shopping. Rating:  - Made in China, how is that "green"?
I contacted the manufacturer of these bags and found out that they are made in China, one of the worst polluters on the planet, not to mention one of the worst abusers of human rights. How is that "green"? Sure, you'll not be needing any of those flimsy, reusable, multi-use plastic bags they give out at the grocery store, but what are you supporting?
