I bought a GolfLogix GPS, based on positive reviews.Initially, I downloaded only my home course (for free) to test the unit.It worked quite well, although there were a few glitches, which I fixed with a reset.
I then subscibed to the download service and downloaded a number of course in preparation for a golf outing to the US mainland.(I live in Hawaii).On the first course the unit failed miserably, giving me a yardage of 980 yards off the first tee.I could not even turn the ... Read More

I did not like the idea that I had to spend $29.99 to add another 19 courses to my GPS. All the the courses should already be downloaded in the GPS. As is the case with other Garmin products. Had I known this before hand, I would have spent the extra dollars for another product.
