Rating:  - Great product for a small environmental impact
First time I've tried line drying my clothes. The effort was for energy savings.I just didn't want anything large or obtrusive in my yard so these were perfect.Now that we have used them for several weeks, we love them. Great product...easy to install and take down when not in use. Great value for low cost & no shipping.
Rating: - Great for small laundry room
We have a small laundry room, and certainly can't hang clothes outdoors in the winter here (at the end of Long Island).This was a great solution to the challenge of having unobtrusive air-drying capability for anything that couldn't go into the dryer, that could be easily put away when not needed.
Rating: - There's a trick to keeping the line taught.
Great product.Another reviewer had mentioned that you need to pull the line out all the way to get it taught.Just be sure to wrap the line around the little "cleat"/knob on the bottom of the unit and it will stay plenty tight even if it's not pulled out all the way.Other comments -- it's well-made and unobtrusive when it's not in use.
