I was skeptical about the efficacy of this product, and a little worried to read about some users experiencing burning pain (especially with stronger preparations), but osteoarthritis in C3 motivated me to 'try anything'. Now I use Sombra frequently, and find it at least as effective for me as Flexall, and better than Icy Hot. Compared to taking ibuprofen and naproxyn all day this stuff is a great adjunct. I love this stuff. Great heat and it lasts a long time. It will also re-heat after a few hours if you get active and maybe sweat a little.
