5 stars.My son loves his DS.There is a new model of the DS coming out next year.That is the only problem with buying one now, is that kids will want the new model next year.

What a wonderful Christmas present for all ages. There are so many games to choose from and it is small enough to carry in pocket and purse. The battery life is quite long if you follow directions on how to help save. So give someone a gift they will enjoy for a long time. Find out who else you know has one and you can trade off games.

The "Nintendo DS" game system is a fantastic portable gaming platform. We have one for each member of our family (son 12, daughter 16, wife 47, me 44).
