My pops turned me on to these. You don't have to take all 4 (the recommended dose) at the same time, but I've take 2 in the late morning and 2 in the late afternoon when I get the most tired during the day. Also, helps with bowl movements. GREAT!

Excellent multivitamin, all natural ingredients, greater variety of vitamins & minerals and in higher potency than those found on most store shelves. For example, this multivitamin includes bee pollen -- something more common in Europe (for energy and strengthening against allergy symptoms), but hard to find here.
