Amazon.com Review: Go ahead and double that one-pot dinner recipe or block-party favorite--this 6-quart deep sauté pan by Rachel Ray is perfect for cooking up big dishes and then serving them with cheer. Crafted with a bright porcelain-enamel exterior and nonstick interior, the sturdy vessel specializes in even heating to thoroughly yet gently cook foods and allow flavors to mingle and intensify. The roomy bottom lets the chef spread food across the heat, and the high sides add lots of volume to accommodate many yummy ingredients. To top things off, the glass lid fits snugly with a stainless-steel rim, while the vibrant finish and silicone-covered handles deliver the pan right to hungry diners. The pan is oven-safe to 400 degrees F and does not require pre-seasoning. It is available in orange, blue, and green, and comes with a lifetime limited warranty. --Kara Karll
Customer Reviews Average Rating: Rating: - Skillet is worth every penny This skillet is the answer for a busy family. It holds enough casserole-type food to feed 5 or 6 hungry people. The sides are high enough to keep sauces like sloppy joes from spattering the stove and walls. The tall sides are also terrific for frying chicken. I love the way it cleans up. Absolutely nothing sticks to it. I had ordered several Rachel Ray pans on the same day. This skillet was the last to arrive (2 days after the others), but it was still in the delivery timeframe. Rating: - Rachale Ray cookware This was a gift for my son's girlfriend, and she says it's perfect. She needed something that could hold a large portion so she could cook an entire meal in one pan.
Rating: - Looks great, nice size, but not for ceramic/glass top stoves I was so excited to open this up when it arrived (Very quickly BTW). But as I started to read the instructions, I discovered that this porcelain cookware is not recommended for ceramic or glass top stove tops. So unfortunately this will be going back. I wish they had put that in the description. But this pot is very BIG, and would have made my life so much easier with feeding my family of 6!
