This little pressure cooker is made in India.The instructions tell you to take it to a dealer each year for inspection.This is fine, if you live in India! I live in the USA. The pan is in my view, too shallow.A narrower, taller pan would work better as a pressure cooker.I have experienced some of the contents coming out of the stem despite the fact that the pan was not overloaded.I use pressure cookers a lot.The weight should rock a bit, letting out pressure over time.This one does ...
