The Zen sports a 2.5-inch TFT color display with 320 x 240-pixel resolution and support for up to 16.7 million colors. This razor sharp display is packaged in a device that weighs just 2.1 ounces and measures 3.26 x 2.16 x .44 inches (W x H x D). The internal battery powers the Zen for up to 25 hours of continuous audio playback and up to five hours of continuous video playback. I orderd this crestive zen 8gb 1 month ago and this is perfectly working.It;s sound system is amazing.portable ,stylish and powerful.it's vedio quality is very good.i found that vedio from zen is better than ipod.i think you gotta try this ,you will be impressed.

While the Zen is very easy to use, has great sound, and works well, I had problems with it locking up on me when I installed the software and tried to sync media to it.The screen locked up and the instructions warned against unplugging it while it was syncing and I had no other options to unlock it.In checking on the Creative web site, under FAQ's I learned that this must be a common problem for several customers who purchased the Zen, because I was able to fix the problem by reading through ... Rating: - Solid performance
I really enjoy using the Zen. Good sound and plenty of storage. Organization is forthright and simple. I wish an option for choice of earphones were available, as I am not fond of earbuds, but I realize I'm probably in the minority on this. I'd give 5 stars, but the center controls are too close together for my big hands and I often hit the wrong command.

The player work very good.The only proble that I have now is trying to get my e-mail to work.I have a serve company that I work with but still have a proble in that area. It is a little hard trying to get help if you know very little about this player.

I love it! I love it! I have loaded my favorite albums, a couple of feature films, a bunch of Youtube clips and plenty of photographs and I still have room left.I showed it to my wife, and she wants one.But I told her that we never seem to use it at the same time, so we'll share it.I loaded all of her favorite meditation music and some Youtube yoga videos on a 2 GB SD card and she is as happy as can be.I have shown my Zen to five people and three went out and bought one.
