I got the product and at first it gave me some energy but then later on it would make me real tired. I did the whole 30 days and when I weighed in I lost 5 lbs with exercise and diet. This product was as effective on me as it may have been on others. Its not for everyone. I did get great customer service. Thanks!!

i promise this item isn't a fake, it really works, but the formula has been changed. i don't think there's a way to know which boxes were made before august 10th, 2008 and after august 10th. I lost 22 lbs. in 7 weeks! unfortunatly the new formula did not work for me either.:(

Considering all of the great reviews, I was surprised to see that this capsule did absolutely nothing.I noticed no difference between the days that I took it and the days that I didn't.Energy/appetite was the same either way.
