I bought this product for an office so I would not need to install a hard line.Overall, I am very pleased.I have had some issues with the bluetooth re-connecting to the cellphone after it had been out-of-range for a while.This occurred when the phone was at my home and I was getting used to using it.I have a wifi, separate cordless phone system with 6 handsets and a wireless baby monitor.When this would happen, sometimes I could manually have the phone connect and sometimes I would have ... The only problem I had was figuring out how to enter access codes & pin numbers.I flip back and forth between the main unit and the handset, using the hold button at times to bring up additional numbers in the directory.
I get lots of complaints from people on the other end when I use my wireless headset though.Sounds like they hear everything amplified.Not sure if it's the headset or the phone. (Motorola Bluetooth 700)

Rating: - One phone simplifies life
I've really enjoyed the phone, especially the ability to connect to my cell phone to receive and make calls. The price beats anything else with bluetooth by $20-30. And it is pretty durable -- I've knocked the handset to the floor several times while wearing a headset and the call doesn't disconnect and no parts fly off.
Things I don't like (but only caused me to deduct 1-star) are:
- mic quality on speakerphone is bad

Rating: - Big Help To Bad Reception
I bought this phone because I couldn't get very good reception living in a dead spot, so i was having a land line put in. Every time I'd talk to anyone it was annoying that I couldnt hear them half the time and vice versa. Now I dont think I even need a land line. I can just set the cellphone down where I'm getting a decent signal and pick up the cordless and not have to worry bout the phone cutting in and out from moving around. This is exactly what I needed. Awesome product!

I had to replace my old Uniden 2.4G phone mostly because the headset plugs began to fail. I use a headset most of the time when contacting my customers so I can still have both hands available for typing. While lots of new cordless phones allow you to connect your Bluetooth enabled cell phone to it, this AT&T phone is the only phone I could find that allowed me to connect a Bluetooth HEADSET to it.
