Thicker than other pizza stones available, this pizza baking stone has a porosity and heat retention that is perfect for a good crust, the best there is for pizza and bread baking. Perfectly sized to fit in most toaster ovens for recrisping leftover pizz, baking frozen pizza slices or rolls, or preparing mini pizzas.

To avoid breakage, place the pizza stone into a cold (not preheated) oven and preheat the pizza stone and oven at the same time. May also be used the microwave (preheat the stone for 5 minutes in the toaster oven or oven first).

I love my stone in my conventional oven but for a small batch of rolls or a small pizza the toaster oven stone is wonderful.
