This is an extremely good value for $32 shipped. When I opened the box, I stuck the ottomans right under my nose and there is no weird smell. There is a slight smell of faux leather, but that's normal. I think everyone should be fine with that.
Excellent product, for the price. I should have bought two when the price was that cheap!

The product is great, the advertisement is misleading. It advertises that if you buy one you get one free ottoman, not that a purchase includes a small one. When they advertise buy one it generally means you get one identical for free. In this case it comes with a smaller ottoman inside the large one.

I am very pleased with my ottomans.For 'faux' leather, they look great, and there is no odor to them as reported by other purchasers (and I am very sensitive to bad smells).Great value!

We've had this item for over a year now and it still looks brand new.There was a slight smell when we first got it but that was gone in less than a week.I use Pledge once a month to keep it looking new.If you need an ottoman/storage space,buy this!It's really awesome!I think Amazon also sells a longer bench-like model that I think would look really great near an entryway.And you can't beat the price!!
