I have had the oven for a few weeks now and I really like it. My main objective was to find a toaster oven that would make decent toast! This one does very well. It toast both sides and it does it evenly. I am pleased, so far, with the baking ability also. Now for the dislikes: I do not like the wire rack in the oven. If you turn it so that the rack is in the low position, it is hard to get the pan out because the edge of the rack is higher that the rack surface. The signal beeper for the toaster ... Read More

Great looking stainless steel finish on top that does get hot to the touch (more so than then other materials).This unit replaced the 3rd B&D that I've owned over the past 25 years.Having only Black & Decker toaster ovens in the past, I got used to the oven shutting off when the door is opened.This one stays on; you must turn it off manually.I'm not saying that's good or bad, just something you might have to get used to.This toaster does a great job of baking, broiling and toasting. ... This is a sturdy, well made little toaster oven.It heats evenly and works very well.I would give it the highest score if it had a timer.The lack of a timer is aninconvenience.
