these palette's are fantastic, the eye class is a savior, i learned some great tricks - yes, there's no applicators, but really, you should be buying good brushes, you wouldn't want some sub-par insert like they'd put in a drugstore eyeshadow case.
my only word of warning: the picture here doesn't do the colors justice. it makes it look like you're getting 4 different variations of black and that's just not the case. there's only one true black, you get grey, red, blue and green. great ... Read More

I've always had difficulty creating a "smoky" eye look, and this kit finally solved it for me. The different variations included have all worked great and I have recieved tons of compliments on my "artistry". I updated my makeup, hair, etc. this year and this kit has gone a long way to help me out! I love having such a done look with minimal time and effort. Can't recommend this enough, I have had great success with every Pop Beauty palette I've tried thus far.
Rating: - Pair with Urban Decay primer potion!
I used this pallette for the makeup for a wedding party since it had a broad range of colors. The quality of the eyeshadow is surprisingly decent. However I would not use the shadows without a primer since coverage was light when used without one. It works great with the urban decay primer potion (which can make any shadow look amazing). Great diversity of colors for all skin types or occasions with decent quality.

What a great kit! I already have and love my blue eyes compilation, and this one did not let me down. Keep the package insert- I intended to use this only for dramatic evening looks, but when I looked over the many options, there's a muted version of the smokey eye that looks great for day wear.
