Customer Reviews Average Rating: Rating: - Great Pan! This is a great pan for anyone who uses their frying pan a lot. I cook eggs every morning!
Rating: - Nice pan I bought the pan because of the ceramic non-stick surface - I've never had one and wanted to try it after seeing good reviews. I'm very happy with it and would purchase again. It isn't quite as "slick" as a teflon pan, but you can use metal utensils (I use care with them) although it's probably better to avoid them if you can. The pan also seems to brown better than a traditional teflon pan, which is a nice plus I hadn't expected. Steve
Rating: - Overrated and Not So Non-stick Pan We got a large sauce pan, 1 small and 1 medium size fry pans.
I was very excited the first time we got our Scanpans. I read about the new technology surrounding this product that supposedly to be non-stick for many years. Now, we only have the big sauce pan left. We have to throw away the 2 fry pans.

I'm a scientist and I read the real literature about this - my opinion is that there is no cause to worry about the nonstick coating.
Rating: - Liked the pan/customer service was awful After reading all of the good reviews I decided to get this pan.If I really liked it I was also going to purchase the chef's set of other pans. When it arrived I was so excited.I had been using a cheap omelet pan that all of the teflon had worn off and I was ready to invest in some good pans. Two things I found out.If you put veggies in your omelet and they touch the pan it will stick, but it cleaned up easily.I had to put a teaspoon of butter in.Second the rivets stick out and food collects ...
