If your sinus is extremely dry due to infection or surgery, this is the one for your choice.I feel instantly relieved after use of this product.Besides its smell is not irritating for a sensitive customer.

AmericaRx delivered product with in 5 days of ordering , but the order was one bottle short. I ordered 12 and received 11. When I called , was put on hold for some time ,and could barely understand the customer service rep.
