Product was not as pictured--looks way different.And was definitely not "gold plated".I nother words a rip-off.It does work/make the connection and was inexpensive....enough so that I won't bother to return it, but will be buying another brand and suppose I'll keep this as a spare for emergancies.

This cable works well and the shipping was quick.No need to spend all that $$ on a more expensive HDMI cable.

This order totaled $8.40 but the shipping was $24.90 for standard USPS (U.S. Mail) shipping. You may save money on the cable but they will get you on the shipping.
It is a good thing that I did not request overnight or express shipping.

I'm so glad I didn't go out and spend the 50 bucks on one at the store. My husband ragged on me about it until we got and it was just as good as the pricey ones and it works just as good.
