I purchased this early on in my pregnancy, not knowing how large I would get.Prior to pregnancy, I weighed 125 lbs and wore size 6.(I am about five feet five or five feet six)I purchased the smallest size, and it worked great.This little band is a LIFE SAVER!I was able to keep wearing my prepregnancy pants all the way up to 25 weeks.I just unbuttoned (and partially unzipped later on) them and wore the band over the waistband.It really saved me a lot of money on maternity clothes!
