Being in mid-40's, I was out of shape.25 years ago I was toned and strong. I've started to use Perfect Pushup for about past 4 weeks doing between 10~20 every morning and night.It was hard to do even 10 at first but now I can easily do 20 and can extend to 30.I see difference in my upper body and feeling great.Combined with cardio I'm feeling better than ever.Try these and use them regularly.This is the first informercial product that has worked for me.

I have a right wrist that does not bend due to a motorcycle accident. I have a hard time with push ups and getting up off the floor. This product solves my push up problem . it works perfectly and is the right size of grip. I DO recommend this. It is also a more NATURAL way to do a pushup

I HAVE BEEN AN ADVOCATE OF PUSH-UPS FOR MANY YEARS AND CONSIDER MYSELF AN EXPERT IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRACTICE OF PUSH-UPS.
