I used the Anolon braiser as soon as I received it and I found that it is an excellent cookware. The high quality of the pan and cover and the non-stick surface are indeed superb, and the price is...the best you can find anywhere. Looks good enough to keep on your range. Great non-stick surface - just don't overheat it! After I overheated and scratch my previous Anolon Everyday Pan over the course of several years, I bought another one to replace it!

My needs are simple...when holidays gather family members together, I want cookware that's easy to clean, holds quantities sufficient for 8, and has cool handles that I can pick up after the stove top cooking is done.And, cooks food evenly without burning or other disasters.
