WOW, this humidifier is tricked out with all the best features.humidity control, automatic setting, service indicator,warm mist, mist volume control, sleep timer,and recommended by research shoppers like me. Expensive but worth it for all the features and health benefits.
Rating:  - Far too much of a bother to be worth it
I bought this product based on the reviews I read on Amazon.It works well but I have to only give it one star because it is so complex to use.
My issues are:
-water reservoir is too tall to fit into the sink. It's a real bother having to use the tub to fill it
-water runs out too fast. I need one to last at least 12 hours, preferably 24.
-way too many buttons and options.You need to be a rocket scientist to work the thing.

Pros: Very quiet. Works well. Lots of options.
Cons: Expensive, Exhausts water very fast, so has to be refilled frequently.

I have had this humidifier for about 2 years. It does increase the humidity level as advertised. However, it also generates a lot of white dust. I regularly (every month) change the filter filling that is supposed to demineralize the water, but it doesn't do anything about the white dust. The white dust got into all my electronics. It even caused the DVD player on the computer to stop working. I moved the humidifier into the bedroom and removed all electronics from there, except the clock radio. If ... Read More

I bought this humidifier after quite a bit of research, hesitating only due to the high price.Now, after eight months of use, I can say that it was worth it.Humidity level in the room is easy to maintain and the unit is very quiet.It is easy to fill and easy enough to clean if you use the recommended procedure at the recommended interval.I have not experienced any white dust from my unit which leaves me to believe that it depends on the water source.Be sure to soak the demineralization cartridge ...
