This is a great pot.I love to cook and love cast iron BUT my grandmother cast iron skillet is a pain to keep from rusting (it is great to cook in but not great to clean).This is the best of both worlds.

I like cast iron, but it can be a hassle to care for, what with possiblility of rust, food sticking.This enamelled pot solves the problem.It slow-cooks well, as cast iron pots do, and is very easy to clean.Attractive too, if you like orange!
