This batteries would always overheat seemly no matter which brand charger I used. They overheated so bad I was afraid to leave the home or go to sleep with them in the charger. They now live their life in some recycling center.

I have had no trouble with overheating.Older rechargeable batteries (especially AAAs) were duds.With 1000 mAhs, these AAA batteries are almost as strong as disposables.
I use this charger:Maha PowerEx MH-C808M Ultimate Professional Charger - Battery charger, which I HIGHLY recommend.Again, no overheating problems.
