This hot plate is great, works just as described.
And Waring's service was great. Our hot plate broke at 11.5 months (just before warranty expiry), we mailed it back, and they sent us a brand new one.

I purchased this warming tray a year ago and have used it about once a week over the past year.The tray appears to be cordless in its picture and the tray showed up when I searched for "cordless warming tray," but the tray IS NOT CORDLESS.It must be plugged in to stay warm.It remains warm for several minutes after it's unplugged, but not long enough to get through a meal and there's no way to disconnect the cord.In all other respects, it's a good warming tray -- it gets as hot as you could ...
