The product surprised me a bit, as i had never used a horizontal headset. Going around the sides of my head feels weird, but I got used to it. The microphone and headset quality is acceptable for most tasks, although i use a bulkier Logitech set for watching movies and other things requiring the highest quality. That bigger Logitech set and almost every other didn't work on all my apps on Vista, but this new one works fine. The reason is that it uses a microphone and headset jack, instead of usb. ... I was pleased with this headset, which I use for dictation with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The headset itself is solid, and the behind-the-head feature was a selling point for me.It lives up to my expectations in this area. The Good stuff:
This is great headset. I have tried the headset with skype and my company soft phone...it works great. I have also made calls to work, home, other cell phones and have no issues. Listening to streaming music is also great too.
Comfort: I can keep it on all day long at work. No discomfort at all.
The so so bad stuff:

This is a wonderful headset. I use it for about 10 hours of Skype calls per week, often to land lines or conference calls -- and I'm frequently complimented, unprompted, on the sound quality.
