I purchased this sofa a month ago. It arrived broken at the leg weld. I informed your company of the defective sofa. I was instructed by amazon to wait to be contacted to have trucking company come to pick sofa up. still waiting for the pick up of defective product. I want my credit for the defective item. If it wasn't broken the sofa would have been nice.
I planned on purchasing the whole set except amazon has not followed through with customer service.

I am so thrilled with this product line that I just had to leave a positive review (somthing I've never felt stongly about before this). After spending hours/days/weeks online looking for a quality set I could afford, I finally found Strathwood's Falkner Collection. The sofa looks great, however it seems a little unsturdy.When sitting down the sofa creaks quite a bit, Im not sure three people can sit without breaking it.

I purchased a sofa this season after enjoying the chairs and ottomans I had from last season. To my disappointment, the fabric on the cushions have been changed and it does not match the chairs. The delivery was great and the sofa is great but would have appreciated the option of having the original cushions or at least a notice that the fabric had been changed.
