Prepare healthy stir-fried meats and vegetables with little or no fat in this extremely durable aluminum stir fry pan. The three-layer non-stick interior and two-layer non-stick exterior surfaces protect foods from sticking and burning and make clean-up easy. The aluminum pan conducts heat quickly and uniformly for even browning and cooking. The phenolic black handle stays cool for safe and easy movement of the pan without a potholder.
2½ quart/2.4 litre capacity.
Made of heavy-gauge spun and drawn aluminum with a flat base suitable for use on all gas, electric, and ceramic/glass cooktops. The non-stick surface is guaranteed to never chip, crack, blister, bubble, or peel. The phenolic handle is heat-resistant to 320°F/160C.
Limited lifetime warranty.
For best results, before first use rinse and rub with a little cooking oil. Cook over medium heat. Avoid sharp-edged or pointed utensils; signs of use (scratches) do not impair the function of the cookware.
Hand washing recommended. To clean, use detergent and a soft sponge; do not use harsh scouring sponges.
