As mentioned the assembly is a bit dodgy. The instructions gave me the impression the author was on a strict word budget. My best advice for assembly is not to tighten anything down until you are sure you have it right. A more appropriate description might be "some 'dis'assembly required" as I had to back track several times.
But once completed it appears to be a very sturdy piece of furniture.

This is a great chair, especially for its price. It's very comfortable, seems sturdy (I got it yesterday, but I'm sure it will last for years). It's bigger than I imagined from the picture. It fit through my door, but only just. Also, I'm 5'4", and my feet don't touch the ground while in it, so I'd suggest a foot stool if you don't like your feet to dangle while sitting.

The chair arrived in good shape.The only difficulty was the assembly.The instructions aren't very clear, but with some patience the chair came together and looks great on the deck.
