I bought this case for my canon sd750 as I wanted to protect it from the moisture that ruined my sd6000. For $16 its worth it, and is very sturdy. I just wish it was more compact.

The case only hooks over a belt, not having a slot through which you can slid the belt through -- thus, easy to fall off of your belt, a risk of loss factor.Other models for such cases have a zipper, safer than a magnetic snap catch, another unsafe feature.

The lip of the case has a hole in it to allow the camera's wrist strap to pass through, but it is often easier to not utilize this feature.
The case closes with a button clasp and it has a weak magnet in it.
