It has a bad smell. I cannot say what exactly it smells like but the odor this product gives off is very unpleasant. It moisturizes okay. At least it keeps my hair from being dry as a desert. The product will liquefy if left in a warm room. I purchased the 4oz bottle, and a year latter I still have a little left. Therefore, the product is long lasting at the very least.

Rating:  - not recommended for fine hair
I bought the hair milk to use as a leave-in conditioner for my fine, dry curly hair.It didnt detangle as well as I had hoped, and after three days I got buildup, and my hair fell completely flat.My hair did not feel moisturized, just coated and greasy.Also, the smell was overpoweringly cloying, like cheap flowery perfume.
I passed it on to my sister, who's hair is thicker than mine and very dry, and this did absolutely nothing to her hair either.Thumbs down.

I am an African-American woman with fine hair.I didn't think the product was too heavy for my hair at all.It worked well as a setting lotion for a wet-set style I've been wearing.I also didn't find the smell overpowering.It's a nice fresh scent and as I slept, I could smell it and I found the lemon scent relaxing.

I bought this product to use on my two year old daughter's hair.I love it!It not heavy on her hair and it makes her thick hair very managable.
