Designed to go from the freezer to the oven to the table, the pieces are crafted from Le Creuset's premium stoneware with enamel glazing. Their exteriors are rich, dark chestnut in color, and the contrasting interiors come in pastel hues of pink, blue, green, and purple.
Heavy-duty in spite of their petite shaping, the ramekins distribute and retain heat excellently, and they are safe in both microwave and conventional oven. These ramekins are very nice looking and feel substantial.They are freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher-safe, which make them very convenient for a variety of uses.I think they're the perfect size for side dishes (individual green bean casseroles or au gratin potatoes!) or for a smaller serving of hot or cold dip for parties.They're also a nice size for single-serving fruit crisp.Here's a recipe:

Rating: - Extremely pretty, just the thing for dessert souffles
If you make dessert souffles (chocolate or jam-filled) these small heart shaped ramekins are just the thing to dress up your table. THey also hold cheese, dips or other small side dishes. The colors are very modern and interesting; if you know someone who has used deep brown and kiwi or aqua in their decor, this would make quite a housewarming gift. Or Valentine's day present.
