Rating:  - Mess-in-the-Box
The product is fine - however, that last time it was shipped to me in bulk (9 bottles) several bottles had leaked into the box, thus making a mess on my hardwood floor, not to mention my losing that much of the product.Otherwise, peachy-keen.
Rating:  - Amazon is the "GO TO"
This is a great product.For a family of 6, a case of this (9 bottles) lasts 6 months.Surprisingly, this specific product (free & clear HE) is next to impossible to find locally so Amazon is our "go to".
Our most recent purchase of this product got lost in transit by UPS but Amazon quickly sent out a replacement shipment.
We are extremely pleased with the product and with Amazon.

They product does a wonderful job cleaning. I wish I could get it shipped to me without it spilling and breaking, perhaps they should put some warning labels on the shipping box Like HANDLE WITH CARE.

I think most people will be very satisfied with this product. My only reservation for reordering it again is that not enough care is given in shipping it to you. The shipping box that contained the bottles of detergent was sticky wet in the bottom from fluid that oozed out of the loosened caps on the bottles. Don't know if I want to chance that again.

This is a great product for anyone that has sensitive skin and does not like the smell of detergents.It is hard to find good detergents like this, especially if you have a HE machine.I highly reccommend this product.
