There is a definite lessening of pain in my knees and hips since I began taking Trigosamine a little over 2 months ago.I have tried many glucosamin/chondroitin products and this is the best.

I have been taking this product for several weeks now and have seen great results in my knees. I have been riding bike on hilly trails for almost a year, but I would always end up having to cut my rides short due to the fact that my knee's would be killing me. A few weeks after I started taking this product my knees were at ease. I never thought it was possible, but it's like I am a kid again and can ride long distances with no issues.

After doing some very strenuous exercising in January, my knee pain was so bad that I was stiff after sitting and walking was painful. I have found Trigosamine helps my knees.I am 78 years old and I felt my left knee, especially, was beginning to give way on me and cause me pain when I did my daily three mile walk.My joints seem to perform better when I am able to take Trigosamine.
