This pan is as good as ATK says it is.I have sauteed chicken cutlets, created a pan sauce from the fond, carmelized onions, and made pizza sauce.It accommodated everything nicely and clean up was a breeze.Don't hesitate. Get this pan since it is almost impossible to find in the stores.

I saw saute pans reviewed on a morning news show and this one got high rating despite its price.We really like it!It heats evenly and its no stick surface works wonderfully.

This is a very easy pan to use and clean up.Even making fried Chinese noodles with veggies doesn't stick.The pan has a nice weight and seems hardy.I highly recommend it!
