I am pleased with this pan.My husband used it first and almost burned food to the bottom but it cleaned up easily.The only concern was a little discoloration around the inside toward the bottom.I don't know if that was due to being overheated in first use, or from the pretreatment to take off the protective coating on the copper as instructed before using.It doesn't seem to affect it's performance, though, so it's not really a problem.
