WOW! I read all the reviews and bought this product with not a little trepidation because even the most positive reviews stated that doing a bikini wax on yourself was challenging. Rating:  - slow to warm up, messy clean up
This thing takes 40 minutes to get ready to use (20 mins on high, 20 mins on low).If you haven't forgotten that you were getting ready to wax by then, you can finally get down to business.After you have done everything, the wax is terrible to clean up.None of the products seem to un-stick the spills.The best thing I found to do it was baby oil.I do like the smell of the GIGI product lines, but for what I need, this kit doesn't fit my life style.

This product is good, but I hated the pink wax that came with the kit.I had to replace it with the honee wax.
