This is one of the best sauces I ever had. I just about fits to everything. Whether it's beef, lamb, pork, fish or poultry. Really great stuff.

This sauce makes it so easy to make fish and chicken taste so much more interesting.It is a unique blend of sweet and spicy (but not too spicy)!I usually saute fish in a little olive oil.When just about finished, I add a little of this sauce over the top and then turn the fish over for a minute or two.It is that easy!
I have given away many bottles of this sauce to friends and they end up loving it too...
