Oh my gosh this stuff is sooo delicious.Pour it over cream cheese and serve with crackers.The subtlety of flavors is so amazing, like no salsa I've ever tried.Give yourself a treat and try it.It makes a great hostess gift, too.

I use this on all kinds of things.Two favorites are as a condiment on bratwursts and poured over a pork tenderloin that's been rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary, and roasted.It's sweet with just a bit of spiciness.

I love this sauce. My favorite use is over grilled salmon. Try this: bed of greens (arugula or spinach are good), 1-1/2 oz feta cheese, about 1/2 c FRESH pineapple (can throw in some raspberries in-season), 8 roasted almonds, juice of half a lime and about 2 t good olive oil. Top with the grilled salmon (about 6 oz piece)which has been doused with a couple of tablespoons of the raspberry-chipotle sauce.
