The Timex Womans Classic is a great watch. Just what I was looking for. It looks nice enought to wear anywhere, keeps perfect time. Is comfortable plus being water resistant.
I couldn't find one locally and was very glad Amazon had one listed.

I have worn this same wristwatch for years, purchased "time" and again (pun intended). I replace it about every two or three years as I am fairly had on wristwatches. I am a potter and tend to scratch the surface; I also often get it wet, but that has never damaged the watch. Its not a fashion statement, but it works perfectly and is easily read.That's all I wanted from this particular watch - and I got it.

I've owned a similar Timex with the black strap/silver for several years and really liked it. It's a nice little watch (love the Indiglo feature) for the price. My only complaint is I don't care for the mixture of brown colors used for the band. Not a big deal - would prefer a solid brown.
