Unlike most bulky, awkward oven mitts, this silicone one from OXO lives up to the Good Grips name-it grips with dexterity and flexibility, thanks to its ribbed design. The mitt also looks more modern to complement today's kitchens, and comes in a choice of bright colors. Measuring 13 inches in length (one size fits all), the mitt is long enough to protect the wrist and part of the forearm, and is flexible enough to fit either a left or right hand. My husband loves this mitt. It is perfect for his large hands, it insulates well, and we love the magnet. Although he loves it, I cannot use it. I have long fingers but the silicone still makes it too stiff to grab things other than cookie sheets/ I unfortunatly do not use it at all but my husband has used it for almost everything.

These are amazing oven mitts.I have a super heavy Le Creuset pan that I can carry from the oven without feeling the heat at all.I love the maget in them too as they are very convenient to hang on the fridge.I highly recommend these!
Rating:  - Very surprised by how small
OXO generally makes great stuff and I have plenty of it. I thankfully read some comments here about the size and decided to walk 3 blocks to my nearest Bed and Bath to see for myself. At 5'11"and 170 lbs I do not consider myself to be that large but do have pretty big hands for my size. These things were tiny. Didn't fit at all. Maybe they are the greatest gloves in the world but only if you have small hands. I went with the Calphalon mitts and am rather content with them.

OXO Good Grips Silicone Oven Mitt with Magnet, Black
i attend a boarding school, and i cook dinner about four nights a week, so i have used the product alot. in my experiances i haven't had any major problems with it, the only thing that i would change about this product is to try and make is a bit more flexible. Other than that the heat resistance is great, and it has relitively good grip.
