Bought it about 18 months ago and have been using it almost everyday. Bought other pans too, from cuisinart and calphalon, about the same time, when I moved into this apartment. Those are good pans too, but this one has been my favoriate. It's large enough for everything, and convenient enough for stir fries. Even for those dishes that requires a flat pan (and i have two of them, both brand new), I often use this one, since the center of its bottom is flat.

Rating: - Good and Bad
I had the same series of the 7 pcs set I purchased about 6 months ago.So I bought this Stir Fry from the same series.The coating is strong, and is easy to pour food out from this stir fry pan.A little heavy and the handle design is too hot.
Unfortunately Amazon sold $20 higher than Bed bath and Beyond, so if you are close to one of them, check it out before you place an order.

This is a great buy.It's hard to find a nonstick hard anodized pan this large with a glass cover (which fits fine) at the price.And with the "Quantanium" non-stick surface, I could use metal utensils if I wanted along with the benefit of easy clean up.Also, please note that it's flat-bottom--I have a ceramic stove top and even calling Cuisinart didn't clear that up.I decided to take the risk and order it and it was indeed flat.Recommended!
Rating: - Nice all purpose wok
We bought this wok about four months ago. We have been using this wok to make regular Chinese dishes, such as frying fish and rice. It works really well -- nonstick as claimed with little oil. We are very happy with this wok.
Con: it is a little heavy.
Rating:  - cover does not fit well
The design and material seem great, but the stir fry and cover do not fit well.
